experience
At mysa sauna you can tailor your experience to suit your needs.
The adjustable full spectrum heating means you can use far infrared for an all body experience or switch to near infrared to target specific areas.
Not sure where to start though? We've got a few suggested sessions below, just select your focus!

Temperature:
45 degrees

The closer you are to the heaters the deeper the heat can penetrate so sit nice and close. Target sore knees or arthritic hands with the moveable heaters.
Don't overwork your body. If you find yourself counting down the time, it's too hot or you've been in there too long. Listen to your body and adjust as required.
better sleep
