Bookings, Attendance & Payment

Bookings are made through our website only and are on a first come, first serve basis and bookings can be made up to 40 days in advance. If you are unable to make your booking please ensure you cancel to allow another client an opportunity to book. If your booking is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by text, phone or email.

Payment must be made upon booking, no exceptions. To book a session you must have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking. 

Please note that our staff may be attending to others so please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time so that they can great you and check you in. 

Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the booked person arrives, they will be turned away. Clients are welcome to bring one extra person to their booking with them but they agree to be responsible for this person under all aspects of these terms & conditions.

Cancellations

All clients must adhere to our cancellation policy. Cancellations need to be made more than 4 hours prior to the booking start time. If you do not cancel or reschedule your booking outside of the cancellation period or are a no-show for your booking, you will forfeit the booking.

Client Code of Conduct

While in the sauna all clients must agree to: 

• use all equipment with care

• be dressed appropriately while using the sauna (no nudity)

mysa sauna reserves the right to remove you from the space and not allow you to return if in their opinion you are in breach of the above.

Liability Waiver

By booking into mysa sauna you agree that:

• mysa sauna is in no way responsible for the safe keeping of personal belongings while in the sauna

• the sauna experience can be physically strenuous  and you voluntarily participate in the session with full knowledge that there is a risk involved. 

• you fully release mysa sauna (and it's associated entities, members, employees and contractors) from any claim, loss, damage or expense of any kind occuring at mysa sauna.
